When will my order be shipped?
We typically process orders within 24-32 hours, no matter which shipping method is chosen. However, we aim to get your order out as soon as possible.

Our processing times are between 9:00 AM PST – 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. We don’t process orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If your order with a faster shipping method is placed before 1:00 PM PST, it will ship that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped within the next 24-32 hours.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. Internationally, we ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, Italy, France, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Croatia, Romania, Norway, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Late Shipments
We can’t guarantee exact shipping times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. However, carriers offer guarantees with some exceptions, such as weather or failed delivery attempts. If you believe your shipment is delayed due to a service issue, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email linked to your account. You can also find this information in your account by logging in or clicking here.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t worry. Delivery confirmation updates only when your package reaches a sorting facility or your local post office. For any issues with delivery, please contact your local post office. Find yours here.
